Tom & Julia started collecting in the mid 80's. Originally we collected anything
& everything we saw & could afford (barely). Eventually learning to look for
excellence in condition & value. We have tried to limit ourselves to one or two
categories but then we'll see something to catch our hearts & there goes our good
intentions. So needless to say, our Disney pieces cover a wide range of categories. And
probably will continue to sprawl as the years go by.
Julia is the collector of this partnership. She has a hard time parting with almost
all of our pieces. We have to gently discuss with her when something is going to be sold,
so she can get used to the idea that this piece is going to another home. And when buying
a new piece , we almost always have to have an intense discussion to decide whether the
item is for keeping or for sale. 'Cause Julia would keep everything, even doubles of
certain things rather than have them be sold, which of course drives Tom crazy.

The Royal House of McDisney is proud to proclaim the
Arrival of Sleeping Beauty Aurora. The Princess Aurora was born on June 22, 1999, A lovely
Silver Classic Maine Coon Kitten, and as of October 4, 1999, she will reside at her
Suffolk residence in the quaint town of Medford. Her lowly footman, Old Tom, is having
some trouble adjusting to his new duties for Her Royal Majesty (sneezing what little
brains he has left out). And Her handmaiden, Julia is enjoying every moment with the
Beautiful Aurora (the best present in the world). Both trying to keep up with the Little
Darling's antics and de-scenting the Royal Litter Box.
